IELTS (International English Language Testing System), an English language proficiency test required for studying, working, or migrating to English-speaking countries is mostly an obligation for all students with intentions of pursuing higher education.
The aim is to assess reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Many students have been unable to pursue their dreams in top universities after failing to pass the IELTS.
There are however many scholarships in countries such as Germany where IELTS are not required.
