One of the women identified in the alleged incident is 29-year-old Angela, who reportedly met the foreign national at a shopping mall in Accra. According to sources familiar with the matter, the two struck up a conversation which later led to further interaction.
It is alleged that Angela cancelled her Bolt ride and accompanied the man to his hotel room, where they engaged in consensual sexual activity.
