Students living in developing countries are mostly looking for opportunities to study on advanced countries where quality education is key.
The cost involved in studying in advanced countries has however, prevented many from achieving their dreams. The good news is that there are many scholarship opportunities for such students in the 2024/2025 academic year.

– DAAD EPOS Scholarship: Fully funded by the German government, awarded to applicants from developing countries to study master’s and PhD programs at top universities in Germany.
– The Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP): The Swedish ministry of foreign affairs sponsors master’s degree studies of students from developing countries to study at top Swedish universities.
– New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarship: For students from Commonwealth countries, including developing countries, to study master’s and PhD programs at top New Zealand universities.
– Rotary Foundation Global Study Grants: The Rotary Foundation funds master’s and doctoral level coursework or research in any country.
– Fulbright Foreign Student Program: About 4000 Fulbright scholarships are awarded to students from developing countries to fund their postgraduate studies in the US.
– Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme: Students from developing countries can apply to study postgraduate programs at top Universities in France.
– The University of Oxford Fully Funded Scholarships: Oxford University gives numerous scholarships to students from developing countries to study undergraduate, master’s, and Ph.D. programs.
– Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship: Offered to doctoral students and students who are doing a joint master’s and PhD degrees in Canada.
– Australia Awards Scholarships: Supports students from developing countries to study a two-year master’s programme or short course in Australian Universities.
